Hiram Chittenden and Smith Tower
Sort of dig this little display of Hiram Chittenden, the man who led the development of the Ballard Locks. Thought he might want to see the Smith Tower since he didn’t live long enough to see it built. The display of Chittenden is in the exhibits at the visitor center at the Ballard Locks, a place that’s worth a visit if you have a chance.
