Project Description

As part of the Port of Seattle’s response to COVID-19 our team quickly came up with an effective campaign that was true to the consumer focused SEA Airport brand. We literally launched the SEA brand the exact same day the first case of COVID-19 was discovered in the United States, in nearby Kirkland, Washington.

We had to quickly pivot and expand the brand to cover something as serious a global pandemic. Through the teams hard work we were able to create signage across SEA Airport to help keep passengers safe. The campaign was a wild success. The designs that I created were effective, even garnering a mention in a major article about travel in the New York Times during the height of the pandemic in 2020.

One of the images of the Fly Healthy @ SEA campaign featured in the New York Times, the caption reads “Signs were tailored to their Pacific Northwest audience.”
