Enjoy the present video experiment

Here is a short video I made today playing around on a blustery day on Seattle’s waterfront. Enjoy the present. I was taking video on my iPhone of Elliott Bay being whipped by the wind and I was enjoying this simple moment and I recalled a quote from Seneca that I saw once.

Here’s the quote, in try to look it up the source, I realize that it might not be a genuine Seneca quote, since I haven’t been able to track it down. Though, the sentiment is a pleasant one that expressed the moment perfectly.

“True happiness is to enjoy the present without anxious dependence upon the future”
