If you have ever experienced “Death by PowerPoint” then you will really appreciate Garr Renyolds’ Presentation Zen: Simple Ideas on Presentation Design and Delivery. His book not only shows you how to avoid PowerPoint Death, it teaches you how to create presentations that rock. It is a mandatory read for anyone involved in the design of Keynote or PowerPoint presentations.

The genius of Presentation Zen is that it is not simply a bullet pointed list of do’s and dont’s, the book is, well, a spiritual look at the art of  designing and giving presentations. Using princlples of Zen Philosophy, Reynold’s sketches a way to create presentations that inform, delight and, most importantly are useful. I can’t recommend a book more highly than this one, I use it’s principles when I create presentations. It should grace the bookshelf of every graphic designer.
