Rossow’s U-Tote-em
If you ever happen to be in Ellensberg, Washington I recommend you swing by the Rossow’s U-Tote-em burger joint. While you’re there wolf down a famous Ellensburger for some fine roadside dining. For me though, the real attraction is the great mid-century Googie architecture.
That sign is so amazing. It’s positively atomic!
Roadside Americana at it’s finest. The burgers are pretty good too!
